Dandelion Dandy – Salt Spring Seeds

Taraxacum officinale

Stellar food and medicinal plant. Greens contain large amounts of Vitamin A (10 times that of carrots!), Vitamins B, C and E plus sodium, potassium and magnesium. Reliable and abundant spring tonic. Roots can be roasted as a delicious and nutritious coffee substitute. Seeds are selected from our most broad-leaved and luscious plants in our forest garden.
