Monstera Burle Marx Flame

Monstera Burle Marx Flame, is an exquisite cultivar of Monstera known for its unique foliage and robust growth, deriving its lineage from a cross between Monstera dilacerata(reclassified as Epipremnum pinnatum) and Philodendron insulare. Named after the famous Brazilian landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx, who was known for his use of bold leaf shapes, this Monstera variety features elongated, glossy leaves with deep, irregular incisions and fenestrations. The leaves have a distinctive flame like appearance, which is where the ‘Flame’ part of the name comes from. This plant is less common than other Monstera varieties, making it a prized possession for houseplant enthusiasts and collectors.
