RARE! Hoya sigillatis (inner variegated)

Origin and Description:
The inner variegated clone of Hoya sigillatis is a striking variation of the standard species, featuring a lighter, creamy-white variegation along the center of the leaves, while the outer edges remain dark green with silvery flecks. This variegated pattern enhances the plant’s natural beauty, making it a highly sought-after variant among collectors.

Natural Habitat:
Like the original Hoya sigillatis, this clone originates from Southeast Asia, particularly the tropical rainforests of Borneo and Malaysia, where it thrives as an epiphyte.

Care Instructions:

• Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Ensure that variegated sections get enough light, as this helps maintain their distinct coloration.
• Watering: Water when the top inch of soil dries out. Avoid overwatering, as the plant’s delicate roots may suffer.
• Humidity: High humidity (65-85%) is key to keeping this plant healthy. Humidifiers or regular misting can help maintain the desired moisture level.
• Temperature: Thrives in temperatures ranging from 60F to 95F (15C to 35C), but avoid cold drafts.
• Soil: Requires well-draining soil to prevent root rot.

Fun Fact: The inner variegated clone of Hoya sigillatis is prized for its unique variegation pattern, which can vary in intensity based on light exposure. This clone can develop a slight pinkish hue when exposed to bright light, adding another layer of visual interest.
