*RETAIL – Dahlia ‘David Howard’

Dark purple foliage and eye crossing, bright tangerine, double flowers make this uncommon, hardy dahlia a must-have. To 2ft tall, forming clumps to 2ft wide, these plants attract hummingbirds in herds. Try it with Senecio confusus for a sunny container or plant in the ground in the sun where soil is well-drained to avoid winter wet. Easy. Frost hardy to at least 5F, USDA zone 7b.
